QuietRERA · Lapsed Mar 2024

Sri Savithru Township

Filed by Sri Savithru Infra Projects(India) Private Limited

Registered as plots. RERA covers the layout — roads, drains, amenities. Anything you build on the plot is outside it.

RERA validity lapsed Mar 2024. That means the registration period ended with no extension on file — it does not say whether the layout was completed. Ask the developer and check on TG-RERA before you pay anything.
